By accessing or using Safe Harbor AI, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the platform.

Description of Service

Safe Harbor AI is a professional performance support and coaching tool designed to provide scripts, situational guidance, confidence reframes, and reflective prompts for use in professional and social business environments.

Safe Harbor AI does not provide medical care, mental health services, addiction treatment, recovery support, diagnosis, or therapy. The platform is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or clinical care.

No Professional or Therapeutic Relationship

Use of Safe Harbor AI does not create a therapist-patient, physician-patient, counselor-client, coach-client, fiduciary, or clinical relationship.

Any coaching services offered outside the platform are governed by separate written agreements.

User Responsibility

You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for your actions, decisions, and outcomes. You use the platform at your own discretion. Information provided by Safe Harbor AI is general guidance only. No specific outcomes or results are guaranteed.

Safe Harbor Coaching is not responsible for decisions made based on platform outputs.

Prohibited Uses

You may not use Safe Harbor AI to seek medical, psychiatric, addiction, or recovery advice; diagnose yourself or others; replace professional medical or mental health care; monitor sobriety, substance use, relapse, or health conditions; or respond to emergencies or crisis situations.

Emergency and Crisis Limitation

Safe Harbor AI is not designed to respond to emergencies. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, emotional crisis, or thoughts of self-harm, seek immediate assistance from emergency services or a qualified professional.

AI Limitations

Safe Harbor AI uses automated language models. Outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, or inappropriate for certain situations. You agree not to rely solely on outputs for decisions with significant consequences.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Safe Harbor Coaching shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform.
