With a background in leading sales teams at IBM and Secureworks, and a personal history of overcoming significant challenges like alcoholism and depression, I bring a unique blend of professional expertise and personal resilience to my coaching.

I am more than just a coach; I am someone who has walked through fire and come out stronger on the other side. My coaching style is deeply empathetic, born from my own experiences with life's lows—like spending a Christmas morning alone in a hospital, which marked my rock bottom. This moment was a turning point, leading me not just to recovery but to a mission to guide others through similar challenges.
